Hello I am a Licensed Therapist/Life Coach, I do online counseling sessions, to help individuals to cope and deal with issues in their lives a better way. From the life coach perspective I help individuals to learn how to set goals and plan out their lives so that they can live a healthier and happier way of living their lives. I am a highly skilled , licensed and knowledgeable therapist /Life Coach that provides an atmosphere that is private, affordable and supportive. The plan of action is to allows every session to focus on the

client’s immediate needs and future life. The goal is to contribute to positive aspects of their life. I encourage one to explore the potential for the best possible functioning that reside within them: reaching for the best possible well being of mind, body, and spirit through achieving stability in their lives. Clients conduct all of their sessions at their expediency within the times agreed with. Clients must have a computer that they have access to in order to conduct their sessions.

Clients have the ability to change their schedule as needed. My system is safe and your privacy is protected. As your therapist, I establish a relationship with you, and clients can take as much time that’s needed in expressing their feelings and thoughts. The criteria, is that all patients must have an active email, reliable access to the internet for a minimum of 10 hours per week, valid credit card /debit card, and the willingness to work toward their desired goals.
